Our endurance coaching program, led by Coach Ed, is designed for athletes of all levels looking to conquer their endurance goals. With extensive experience in Ironman triathlons, ultramarathons, and marathons, Coach Ed brings a wealth of knowledge and proven strategies to each training plan. His personalized coaching approach focuses on building stamina, improving performance, and preventing injuries. Whether you're aiming to complete your first marathon or achieve a personal best in an ultramarathon, Coach Ed's expert guidance will help you push your limits and reach new heights in your endurance journey.

Self-guided workout programs are for people who just want a plan to follow. After an initial program assessment, we subscribe you to a workout program tailored to your goals. The program is accessed through our mobile app and includes unique features to track your progress.

Nutrition coaching includes health and wellness coaching with the goal of developing healthy routines and achieving deep health - a whole person and a whole life approach. We take personal situations into account and work with you to improve your overall nutrition regardless of current knowledge. Any lifestyle is sufficient - we don't make you completely cut out things you enjoy (beer, pizza, burgers, etc.).
